Stage 2 – Weight Transfer.
The weight transfer stage is very simple:
S.E.T.S. – Transfer the weight to your back foot
Just make sure:
1. You are still comfortably sideways
2. You are still keeping your racquet out in front of you
It is common for players top take their racquet back as they perform this stage, but remember that it is the last thing to go, so don’t get too far ahead of yourself.
