Stage 3 – The Release
S.E.T.S. (Simple-Efficient-Tennis-Solution) – Arms Go Up and The Knees Go Down
Just make sure:
1. The weight should be going down evenly on BOTH feet
2. Arms are staggered
3. The release happens somewhere around shoulder height
This is the stage that starts the storage of energy that you are going to be directing up your body and out your racquet head to follow.
